As a Reiki Master, I had been looking for something to use for distance healing and couldn’t find anything I really liked. So naturally, I decided to design my own.
This durable mat is 35 inches long and 16 inches wide (90cm x 40cm) – a great size for travel yet large enough to use with crystals, herbs, or other aids you use in your healing practice. It has a polyester printed front cover that is dust and stain resistant, and a plain black rubber base so it lays flat and doesn’t slide when using it. It has reinforced binding on all edges for durability. You can easily roll it up for storage or travel.
The colorful print includes all 9 major Chakras – 7 on the body, the Earth Star below and the Soul Star Chakra above connected by a web of energy making it easy to visualize energy movement during your healing session. I also added a patten around the body that would allow you to easily create a crystal grid. I use it for 30-60 minute distance healing sessions as well as leaving it up for a week or more at a time with a grid to send continuous healing energy to myself or a client.
